Our gift boxes are packaged to arrived safety,whatever if gift box arrived damaged in transit. Please notify us immediately and send us photos so we understand the extent of the damage. luv gifts will asses the situation. Customer can choose to replace the damaged item/items or return for refund.

 Note: we do not cover return fee. when we receive your order ,Full payment will be process for refund. Please be advice the products must be retuned in its original packing with all the items. we recommed via Australia post.

Luv gifts is not responsible when your order leave our premises, for any delays. if your order is missing luv gifts will take full responsablity to follow up wit the delivery company. The issue will investigated and resolve.
